We gladly accept returns for exchange or full refund. There are no charges for exchanges; we will ship the item to you for free in the United States. International customers need to pay the actual shipping cost (no handling charges for exchanges).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (we deduct $9.95 from FREE shipping item returns) unless there is a mistake or misrepresentation in the listing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. You do not need an authorization number to return your merchandise. Please include the Record # from the invoice or the invoice if you have it with your returns.
Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. We will do our best to make sure that the return process will be very smooth.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We ship to any destination in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia or Australia via USPS Priority Mail® or Priority Mail International™.
International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable. In accordance with US laws and customs regulations, we must declare your package as merchandise and note the price that you paid as the value.
We strive to ship your item same or in the next business day after payment is cleared. Free Tracking is included with all shipments. Please note that shipment transit times may vary, particularly during peak times.
We gladly combine shipments. Additional eligible items ship to US and Canada destinations at $6.00 for the second, $5.00 for the third, $4.00 for the fourth and so forth.
International destinations pay $10.00 for the second, $9.00 for the third and so forth for combined shipment.
You need to wait until all your auctions end before proceeding to checkout to take advantage of multiple item shipping discount.
Please note that all combined shipments must go to the same address at the same time.
